This section will help you locate and order parts not found in the standard repair kit for your product. 

• To find parts first select the product group in the left menu.
   
• A table of products will appear in this window.
   
• For a list of parts click on the Parts... link.
   
• You can then select parts and Submit an automatic Request For Quote.
   

If you need help or can't find the part you need follow these easy steps to purchase replacement parts for your Neles or Jamesbury product: 1. Locate and record the product code either permanently stamped on your product or located on the nameplate. (ex.  2" 3C-2236TT-3, VPVL300 SR4/5 B, 18" 815W-11-3600-TT Mod. C)   2. Review the detailed diagram and parts list found in the Maintenance Manual for your product. (ex.  IMO-207, IMO-528, IMO-302)   3. Locate and record the parts you wish to order. (ex.  ball, end cap, shaft)   4. To order your part, find your closest authorized Metso Automation sales outlet, then call or FAX the product code and part you wish to purchase.
